No I didn't cancel before the end of the 14 days so know I have no come back. I just wonder whether I have any cause to complain due to the 30 day money back guarantee and the fact that they took the money early.

It's a money BACK guarantee. That doesn't mean they won't take the money before 30 days - just that you have 30 days (probably from date of order) to claim your money BACK.0
