It actually makes it less likely as it would have required a statement of demands and needs and if they can supply that then it trumps the unprovable allegation.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). From 9 years ago (okay nine years and a week) they will not have to defend a complaint unless you take them to court as FOS has no jurisdiction.safestored4 wrote: »Don't build you hopes up. the ppi or insurance premiums as they put it was still active in 2009/10 when it was paid off,therefore its within the six year active period.would that make a difference????0
