It actually makes it less likely as it would have required a statement of demands and needs and if they can supply that then it trumps the unprovable allegation.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). the ppi or insurance premiums as they put it was still active in 2009/10 when it was paid off,therefore its within the six year active period.would that make a difference????0
