The first reduction on an item is the standard price. It is when they reduce again that I even take any notice of it as being on 'sale'. Having said that, their prices are relatively cheap and almost worth the money you fork out for them(Karimor shoes being the exception). It is for this reason that their sales are doing well rather than shoppers falling for their continuous sales. If they stopped trying to deceive so much I think they would get even more customers.
