Orange vs EE deals and extras

I currently have a Galaxy S3 on orange on panther 31 with 800 mins, unlimited texts and 1.5gb of data plus two swappables and 7 months left to burn.

I have a few questions:

Can swappables and other orange only perks be brought over on new EE contracts?
Am I getting a good deal?
How good is EE as a service compared to orange?
Has anyone signed up to voda or o2 4g yet if so how is it going?
