Maybe others will now read how to do things before they leap eg in this instance, the cooperativeenergy website is clear and helpful re how to change to them with a good set of faqs. Too late for recriminations but it is clear that the poster did not understand how best to go about the process.
My experience of this supplier is that they try to be helpful even after "events" and that they use Lowri Beck metering services once a customer is signed up.
