Jet2 name change

Sorry if I have to bring this debate up again but just been charged £132 by Jet2 to change a name on a flight ticket. Still yet to calm down but having googled this and found that this has been going on for quite some time and the national papers have highlighted this scam many times, so why has this not been addressed.
It took the girl less than 2 mins to change this whilst I was on the other end of the phone.

was it a correction or a different passenger?
If a different passenger did you cost up just buying a new ticket
If you had been trying to change a name with a full service airline such as BA it would have taken less than 2 minutes for them to say...sorry not possible at any cost. Only the LCC seem to allow name changes

It is not a scam, it is very clear in the Ts&Cs
Is it a scam that BA do not allow name changes?
If someone booked the wrong name in error then they will hopefully learn from an expensive mistake

Why would it need to be addressed? Nobody forced you to pay the money and I fail to see the scam. Whether it took them 1 hour or 1 minute to make the change is entirely irrelevant.

Loads of info in T&C' & Questions which are seldom read prior to booking! But I might have to query the fee you were charged as it says in the FAQ's "There is an administration fee to make a name, date or timing change of 35GBP" which would be £70 for a return flight per person, so I can only assume the extra is because of an "increase in the fare, taxes, fees and charges at the time of making the change to the price you originally paid, then this difference will be added to the overall cost of making the change + Payment by credit cards incur a fee of 4% or Payments using PayPal incur a fee of 2% on the total amount payable."

Even though we are a non-refundable airline, we do allow name changes made through our call centre or authorised agents, or made in person at the passenger sales desk at the airport provided these are made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time shown on your itinerary and that the requested change is for the whole itinerary for the relevant passenger (a “Name Change”). You will need to provide the full name, address and contact e-mail address and telephone number for the new passenger(s) and we will send them a confirmation e mail and itinerary. If the name change being made is not a change of person, but to correct a mistake made at the time of making the original booking, then the appropriate charges will still be levied.

For both a Name Change and a Date Change you will have to pay the following amendment charges:

• an administration fee per person per flight sector (please refer to the FAQs on www.Jet2.com for details of current charges); and
• the difference (if any) in price between the original booking and the priceapplicable to the new booking. Your new booking price is calculated at the time you make the amendment so this may mean that the fare for your new flight and the related taxes, fees and charges may be different. Note that if there is no increase in price then you will not be required to pay any more, but that if the new price is less than that for your original booking you will not be eligible for any refund.

Flight Schedules & Changes to Bookings

There is an administration fee to make a name, date or timing change of 35GBP / 45EUR / 58CHF / 1060CZK / 210PLN per person per one-way flight. In addition to this fee, if there is an increase in the fare, taxes, fees and charges at the time of making the change to the price you originally paid, then this difference will be added to the overall cost of making the change. If the fare, taxes, fees and charges have decreased since making the original booking, no refund will be paid.

In addition to the above the following charges apply:

Payment by credit cards incur a fee of 4%
Payments using PayPal incur a fee of 2% on the total amount payable.
