  • Baby Frogmella, I was informed on two separate occasions that I would have a manager get back to me in 48 hours. This didnt happen, TWICE! Vodafone then backtracked to say it was 48 working hours ... Trying to dig themselves out a hole. I am sorry you re-signed with them. I am leaving as soon as OFCOM or my contract allows

    Just to let others know Vodafone refunded all the call charges incurred on 2nd Aug, around £75.
