This is why you have to speak in simple terms, not too much information, just what is relevant, then wait for their response. They are usually reading from a script so bear with them but explain you want to appeal because you have evidence from Royal Mail that the item went to another address. Don't bother explaining anything else, just ask how you submit this info.0 -

If he goes through the resolution centre on his eBay and clicks the appeal button, then contact eBay (from memory) he will get the number and a pin. That will get him straight through to the team.0

Well done, most would give up at the thought of the phone call. But if you have the evidence then it's very straight forward.
In a perfect world, your seller, although covered by ebay/paypal should have helped you. Any decent seller would.0
