Applied and was accepted for virgin credit card via MES link before the qualifying date for free crate of wine. Sent a message to them to enquire as to when I would receive wine. They responded saying I should have received an email with a link to online form to complete. I said I didn't receive the link attached on emails I had received and they want me to call a 0845 number to solve this. I told them I wasn't calling as it costs a fortune but they still refuse to send email with link attachment. Anyone been successful with wine reclaim??
