After a bit of advice regarding the above.
We are shortly moving house and I called Virgin to take the services with us, and they advised me that they do not supply the new house.
Fair enough I thought and asked what happens about disconnecting. I then got told that as they couldn't supply the new house, "I" was in breach of contract by terminating early and it would cost £62 to cancel the contract.
Now my point is, I do not want to cancel, it is a case of them not being able to let me carry on with the contract.
Are they able to do this?

No, it is you who are moving to an area that is not served by Virgin Media and so it is you who must pay an Early Termination of Contract (ETC) fee.Now my point is, I do not want to cancel, it is a case of them not being able to let me carry on with the contract.
Virgin are in no way to blame for your moving home.
No, it is your debt and you have to pay it.What do you suggest I do, tell the landlord he has to pay it?0
