Hello There,
I am aware this was a problem for a lot of people a couple of weeks ago, but then it was not happening to me.
Now everyone else is sorted it's started to happen to me.
I can not click on anything in the browser Chrome which is what I need to access the forums in because I can't enter competitions as easily in a different browser like I am in now typing this to you.
I have been sending the reports.
Please can someone help me get back on the forums in Chrome browser
Thank You xxx

Hi Luckyone,I am aware this was a problem for a lot of people a couple of weeks ago, but then it was not happening to me.
Yes some users were seeing screens such as this:
(thanks to forum user fermi for the image)
If you see one of these simply follow the onscreen instructions and send the email. This will ensure we have all the information we need to deal with your problem as quickly as possible.I can not click on anything in the browser Chrome
The above screen will not crash your browser. If your browser stops working completely at any time then that is a seperate issue with your browser. It's often caused by unstable browser plugins. So it's worth disabling plugins to see if that helps. I recommend visiting the Google Chrome Support pages to try and find a solution there.

Hello Ian,
Thank You for the reply.
What I meant was in Chrome when I get into the forum section of the website anything I clicked on went to the above screen, not my actual browser stopping
I'm back in chrome at the moment & so far it's let me write this to you, so I am hoping it's fixed.
This happened last night too so.
How many of those screens do you need me to send because every click brought one up lol
Thanks & Fingers crossed

Hi Luckyone,Are you getting as fed up as me with error messages?
Personally I haven't seen one of these messages in a long time. Although I am aware they do still ocassionally occur. If you do see one please simply continue doing what you have been doing. Follow the on screen instructions and email us a few examples. Then try again a bit later. After giving us some time to investigate and resolve the problem for you. Please rest assured we read these emails and deal with them.
I do appreciate these messages can be irritating. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience. It is though, worth bearing in mind why these messages occur. Our server is trying very hard to protect the service from hackers. To keep your username, password, and email address, safe. Which we know is very important to our users. It can get a bit over enthusiastic about it's job sometimes. But it is with the best intentions and has made a big positive difference to forum security. So hopefully it's something we can all live with. Thank you.

Hi Luckyone,
Just to say. Another user resolved this issue by clearing their browser cookies. So if you are in a hurry to use the forums you could also try clearing your cookies. This might resolve your problem faster than waiting for us to tweak the server at our end.
