My son's awards have been 5,5,and 2 years and now indefinite.0

I think 1 year is the minimum. I renewed my DLA a few months ago, it was 2 years the first time round and 5 years this time - unless I am assessed for PIP sooner than this.
People with indefinite DLA awards will not be 'invited' to apply for PIP before 2015.0
