They will refund any unused items as a goodwill gesture. That still does not prove you were told you were misadvised about the tv's wifi capability.

JL tend to be very customer focused. Aim to get the cost of a dongle from them (or the dongle itself if they sell them) and you may well succeed.

Or just return the TV. they've got a 90 day returns policy, used or not.

Just curious (as somebody who resolves customer complaints all day) how it took 4 calls to get the refund for the glasses.

I say this because I'm still bitter at someone biting my head off after finally getting through to them the sixth time I tried to call them to resolve their complaint because they had to call "five times until" I "bothered to return their call."

This despite them being told I would return their call in two hours, and my first attempt being within half an hour and the customer being engaged because they'd got impatient and called again to try and get me..... and of course my phone was engaged because I was trying to call them.
