    If you are lodging the application yourselves then yes, you will need ID forms for both of you

    Sorry for jumping on board.I helped my fiancee to buy her council house outright cash a year ago.I have lived there a year and was told by the council I could have my name on the deeds after a year.we are getting married in August but I want my name on now so we can get a mortgage I work full time my fiancee is a full time mum. Do we just fill in the tp1 in ?
