I have tried to raise this matter with Amazon and they have referred me back to you.
I would suggest that the Sale of Goods Act and consumer protection law overrules your returns policies. The bathroom cabinet is not fit for purpose and after very reasonably asking for a replacement mirror door, which was refused, I would now like a full refund. A bathroom cabinet mirror should not fail within a few months.The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0 -
Its a bit disgusting Amazon can wash their hands of this,sure they may only have taken the order but I am sure they could put pressure on the 3rd party to comply with SOGA.0

Things are looking up a bit. I finally got a reply from Home Discount Ltd. Another person is dealing with the matter and they say they have ordered a replacement part, although it may take some time to come.
I have thanked them and said I do not mind waiting as long as I know it is on order.The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0 -

It does help sometimes. I bought a laptop from John Lewis but was unable to start using for a few months because of pressure of work. When I did use it, it kept disconnecting from the internet. I spoke to JL and at first they said that I had had it too long to reject it, however fortunately I was able to say that I had spent several thousand pounds with them in the last few months (washing machine, fridge freezer, ipads etc) and once they looked at my account they agreed to swap it.0
