Taking Delta to Small Claims in N.Ireland...

Hi,
I have a compensation claim lodged with Delta over our 6 hour delay recently ftom Dublin-Atlanta. I have wriiten 2 letters to them and have only received the usual acknowledgement reply. I have gave them until next week to reply and told them court action would follow. As Delta appear not to have a UK address (sent my letters to France) do I raise the claim through http://ec.europa.eu/justice_home/judicialatlascivil//html/sc_filling_en.htm or through the N.Ireland Court Service? Delta have contradicted themselves with their replies to other passengers who I have been in contact with and I have all the information showing weather reports, other airlines arriving on time to Atlanta that day etc so feel I have a solid case. I am also waiting on a response from the Civil Aviation Regulator in Dublin as it flew from there, rather than the CAA.
Cheers for any advice received

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I looked at the FAQ's before posting and got the link for the EU link from there. I see on the FAQ link that there are links for the Scottish and English Court action but non for the N.Ireland and was wondering if any other MSE'er had been in the same position as me.
I'll post in the US thread and hopefully get my claim lodged ..thanks again0
