just received my T-Mobile Payg upgrade phone , and was told to take it into any T-Mobile shop for the existing sim card to be cropped to the Micro size. Went into my local shop and was told " we don't do that", you have to request a new sim, or buy one from us at a cost of £10. Needless to say I said no thank you or something similar to that. Went across the road to Carphone warehouse, and they did it in 10 seconds without any problem, no charge. Whilst there I bought there phone insurance, and will be using them for most purchases in the future.
