Anyone having trouble with Natwest website? Hacked?

Wouldn't surprise me I suppose. I try not to access on my phone as I usually hit a wrong key and there's no autocorrect :P glad to know its not a virus though so thanks!

You locked your account when you were using your iPhone. Doubt you'll be able to login from any device, even if put in the correct credentials - probably why it failed after 1 attempt from your PC.

You'll probably need to get the account unlocked or re-activated.

I did the second page, where it asked for sort code etc and I seem to be back up and running now thanks for your help

It is legit, when it happened to me I thought I'd caught a virus so formatted my hard drive and reinstalled windows (twice) and the other halfs laptop too as I thought that was affected.

Surprised as they ask for a lot of details but when I spoke to natwest and completed the form all was ok.
