Hey shoe gal! We must be on the same wavelength or something as I disappeared for a couple of months but back now!

Great news on the MSE front and good luck with the training!

Feeling pretty chuffed - really good first appraisal today so work is going really well :D. Need to look at the work/life balance though

And I have raised £190 in sponsorship :j . £10 from my minimum and £115 from my target but really chuffed after only 3 days

    2 sleeps until Marbs! :)

Marbs was amazing! :j. I had a fantastic time and met some great people :)

Interestingly, one of the girls I met admired me for my confidence and being comfortable with myself. Not sure I'm quite there yet but I was flattered that it's the impression I give. And a motivation to work towards maintaining it

Day off today so lots of personal admin stuff to do. Didn't manage the Marbs weightloss :o but time for a slow and steady approach to that. Got into some better habits beauty wise so I need to continue and refine those. My skincare can be very hit and miss and I think it's starting to show as I age so I need get better with that and treat myself to some decent products

It's my run in Sunday so need to fit in a couple of training runs this week and have a last push on sponsorship, I'm at 71% percent of my target.

And then it's back to work tomorrow - loads going on there too!

I have a few events over the next few weeks and am hoping for a week away at the end of June. I am very much a Summer person so I plan to enjoy the season feeling and looking awesome - not a bad plan eh? :D

Couple of busy days at work but I managed a 7k run last night so I am pleased with that. Eating has been good for the last couple of days too

Got lots of errands done when I was off on Monday, changed my currency, took stuff back (pre holiday panic buys:o) and did my phone upgrade

Off for an early night now, still catching up on sleep! ;)

Very busy work week but managed a short run last night. 2lbs lost this week, am happy with that as part of my new slow and steady approach

Quiet day today ahead of my run tomorrow. Nails, a few errands then an early night

Have a good weekend everybody :)
