Well, what a week, I have been shattered every night! Loads to learn and take in but everything is good so far and, fingers crossed, I will settle there
Any kind of dieting or running/exercise did not happen last week. I put back on the couple of pounds I lost - and probably more! I need to get my focus back this week before I am on the slippery slope. I am going to give 5:2 a go - Tuesday and Thursday this week, using the Lighter Life version from Superdrug as it's all calculated for you (I may find this easier?). And I need to run but I may run on the treadmill for a few weeks as the weather isn't making me feel like running outside
Had a catch up with some friends yesterday which was great - and low spend, just a bottle of fizz. Moneywise I am doing ok considering it's such a tight month. Did a sensible food shop today which should see me through to Friday including lunches for work on the non-5:2 days - just need to remember to actually make it and take it now!
Little moment when I 'accidentally' ordered some shoes - but £15 in the Miss Selfridge sale and just what I was looking for! I just couldn't resist!Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -
Phew - work is a bit full on (and awful journey home too!)
I am enjoying my job but I'll be glad when it settles down a bit! Seems to be work/bed/work repeat at the moment! Eating has been ok but haven't managed any exercise. Decided against doing 5:2, don't think my head us in the right place at the moment!

Week 2 done and all going well! Went to the theatre last night with my mum and nieces, which I really enjoyed. Finances are ok, should comfortably make it to pay day on Friday. Slight concern that my pay won't go through properly as it's the first one but I'm sure it'll be fine. And my car is making a strange noise! MOT next month!
However, my eating has bee ball over the place again this week, I've done no exercise and lost none of my Christmas weight. Need to get on track now, have loads coming up socially and I want to look and feel good! Been to the gym this morning, need to get back to running after work - and stop eating rubbish!!!!
