Essentials?
Nappies/cottonwool or wipes for changing
Some babygros/vests/socks/cardi/hat
Somewhere warm and comfortable for sleeping and a sleeping bag/blanket for baby
A carseat is essential of you use a car
Those cover the essentials in my opinion.
My son never wore shoes til he was 19 months old when he actually needed them to walk outside!0
