I received my upheld complaint letter last Friday and a Cheque through the post the next day (Saturday) So all being well for you your money will be with you soon.

It is unlikely to be a long wait and you could hurry it up even more by requesting payment by BACS. It doesn't have to be a Lloyds a/c you receive the money to.

I think your expectation needs to be changed to around 30 days. Some have even had to wait 90 days after being told the outcome. They can be quicker but you are effectively looking at 3-90 days with most being under 30.

THREE DAYS?? Can I ask how fortunate you have been in the past when waiting for good news and/or monetary compensation?

If I were you I'd take a deep breath, sit down and count to ten...........million.

Thanks for giving us all a laugh. Even if they had already posted the letter (trust me they haven't) it wouldn't now be with you second class mail.
