Oh no Piq, Dont like to hear that you have been scared. I truly hope you are ok and check back soon, and that everything is resolved - and you have had no further nasty experiences. Also I hope colins vegitarianism has abated and hes back to carnivorous ways befitting a cat!

I'm trying not to let one sad person mess up my life. It's very hard though. In a couple of weeks an unknown person has made me afraid to pick up the phone, makes me look in the rear view mirror all the time to check I'm not being followed and even worse makes me check my car to make sure it's safe to drive.
As far as I can remember there's nothing I've done to make someone behave like this towards me. I can only hope they get bored of stalking/baiting me.

Oh dear Piq - please keep safe at work!
Umm, not sure whether to suggest this, but if there's any danger of a confrontation I have been reliably informed that a can of spray deodorant aimed at an assailant's [STRIKE]face[/STRIKE] eyes [in particular the one named after a big cat] is an effective "back off!" deterrent** while waiting for Boys in Blue to appear - push the button don't chuck the can!
Cuddles for Colin - CD sympathises; she hates being given the same menu every day (have you tried Lid!'s cat food? Both pouches of meat and kibble seem to be good quality).

**ETA: Stings like !!!! but no permanent damage, I was told..
Good idea. I'll pick some up on the way to workPoor you Piq. That sounds dreadful and at work too. I hope he's "known" so the police know who he is and where he lives and he knows they know.

On other news Colin has given up being a vegetarian and has gone back to cat food. It seems to be the really cheap stuff he doesn't like. I don't mean cheap as in Aldi but food that is probably filled with junk to bulk it out. He is now back on the Aldi premium range and is quite happy. He is still coming in to use the litter tray though. I'm fairly sure it's because he's got a territory the size of a postage stamp ie the step outside the back door. Once he settles in I'm sure he'll go outside, says she hopefully...Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30
