Double that mileage limit and you can get a fairly new car.

120,000 - 130,000 is where i buy them. Current car is now upto 170,000. I dont normally do that many miles. But family issue after family issue of the past 3.5 years has pushed it up.

5 year old Mondeo diesel in 2009 for just over £2000.

Like the Honda FR-V good reviews anyone know how much these are going for in the auctions.

Anyone had any experience of attending auctions where they sell ex-police car.

FR-V is a great vehicle, but being a 3+3 seat layout its very wide, with babies/toddlers you need to be able reach in to them. In a typical parking bay this can be really difficult if you can't open your door much - which you may not be able to due to the FR-V's width.

Not a problem if you can get a parent&child parking bay but they are like hen's teeth in many places.
