Hi
i had a 7hr delay to turkey in 2011 so read info and templates on this site and sent a complaint letter to thomas cook in april. I received an email from then declining the compensation. I then sent a letter to CAA in may, i received an email reply ackowledging receipt of the letter and that the complaint would take 8 weeks to reply. 3 weeks ago i still had not received a reply so i emailed the CAA and they acknowledge receipt of email but not heard anything since. Where do i go from now??
