not sure of dates

I dont go away often but in the last 13years iv been delayed 19 hours in larnica airport Cyprus along with my daughter and grandaughter but that was about 2000 which was too far back to claim but which was an nightmare at the time - second time i was driving to stanstead from my sons in cambridge area and got text to say flight off til next day that was EASYJET im nearly sure and then my daughter and grandson and i went to gran canaria and on way back flight was delayed and then off so they put us up in a hotel overnight that was 2008 but i dont have flight numbers so how can i claim for any of these ?? surely the airlines have everybodys name on a computer and who flew with them and know which flights they were on and have had problems in particular years or im i wrong

Joshua, the airlines are not going to help you claim against them, its like asking a Turkey to step into the oven for you. Surely if you booked a flight you paid by credit card, did you use the internet to book, try and do some research because if you write and say you think you were delayed on a random flight on a random day, you won't even get an acknowledgement. How about asking others you travelled with? This is not free money, its hard work
