    sounds like you had what I had Weller. Batten down the hatches and stock up on the Day and Night Nurse, everything else was useless.

    Where are you? My local weather forecast possible tornadoes on the south coast yesterday. I know Sussex seems get more than the average (wouldn't want to live near Selsey Bill if my roof tiles weren't secured!) but it is calm if a bit grey in Dorset today.

    I'm in West Yorkshire and it showed a picture on the weather last night of one that nearly was ITMS and apprently we are on alert.

    good ish day today food wise however i havent eaten much, 1/2 a boost bar, i yogurt, 1 lucozade and 1 can of zero :rolleyes: stomachs still a little iffy though

    however work tryed to tempt me with ~ wait for it ~ triffle, chocolate, cheese, sausages, cauli cheese ad cram muffins and i resisted them all :j

    oh btw anyone got kiddies and wants a intex fast set up paddling pool 8ft :confused: we have them on offer for £15 (with vat its prob £18 - my discount) if anyone wants one and is prepared to pay the postage i will gladly buy it for you... however if you have a makro card get down there now :)
