This page is a few years old, but suggests FF stores the info in a file called sessionstore.js
    http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=1201215&start=0

On a quick check it does contain text referring to pages I have open in FF at present, so the info is probably current, but it's not a format you can read easily. You probably need some sort of javascript editor (no idea what's a good one I'm afraid).

On my PC it lives in a folder called
    C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\{Random-looking-characters}.default

Handily there is a backup version of the file too, but I bet it's overwritten when you close Firefox.

First thing to do - go to that folder. (DON'T close Firefox) and copy these two files to another folder so you have them safe.
    sessionstore.bak
    sessionstore.js

If you're really lucky, you could try over-writing the .js version in the original folder with the .bak version, and it may work. If it fails horribly then copy the original .js version back.

Otherwise you could try opening the file in Notepad to see if anything readable is left (search for "http://" perhaps).

Do you have a recent backup of the PC? If you could get hold of a previous version of this file that would be the other way...

Edit:Just noticed the original post was a couple of days ago - so I fear it's a bit late to say don't close Firefox as the .bak will have been overwritten by now.
