Not necessarily. Although TSB launches on Monday 9 September, some reports suggest that the rest of the Lloyds TSB branches aren't being rebranded as Lloyds Bank until two weeks later on 23 September:

That's not what my local branch say, I'm assuming what they say are correct it's to nice to doubt them.

However the media could be correct personally it will not make any difference to myself.
