    thanks Kiss-Me-Now,

I am not a union member and doubt they are uber helpful. Work themselves shrug their shoulders and advised i just ignore the letter.

With regard to incl copy of permit, should i do so even if its issued by Vinci and not CP Plus, and shows its issued for yes that county NHS but a different area to that where i got PCN?

thanks for the input, really appreciated

Yes send it in as evidence that the driver displayed a fully-paid up NHS permit and never saw any clear signage that told them that this permit would not have been acceptable; the driver never agreed to any payment to CP Plus and the elements of a contract between both parties were completely absent. There was no breach of contract and no loss caused to the principal (the Hospital) nor any 'parking charge sized' loss to a random parking agent of that Hospital, lurking in that car park for no good reason other than to issue invoices impersonating parking tickets, for their own profit!

It really doesn't matter what you say as long as you reply as the registered keeper talking about 'the driver' in the third person so as not to supply any information to them. And if CP Plus try a sneaky reply saying you have to name the driver, then be ready for that trick and reply to say they are wrong and you will report them to the BPA and DVLA if they do not consider your appeal as registered keeper and send you a POPLA code if rejecting it.

And update your thread whenever you have an update. I am not taking pm's about new cases at the moment due to a recent bereavement, sadly, too much on my plate right now. :(
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
