Some nice comments,Thanks alot.
A bailiff supervised the contractors sent by BOI,this information came from the estate agent dealing with the resale.
I'm sorry that you're not happy with the comments OP but it was clearly wrong to claim that the bailiffs or the bank acted wrongly or outside the law. You may not be happy with how things ended up but they acted lawfully and it is your brother who didn't meet his contractual obligations and caused this to happen. Should your bother be 'above the law' and be able to get away with not paying what he owes??
I suppose it may be easier for you to blame/be angry at the bailiffs/bank than your brother.Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0 -

Why didn't your brother contact BoI before it got to the repossession, house clearance and resale stage to reclaim all his personal items he left when he moved out?
The house had been abandoned, what did you expect them to do with all the stuff he left behind? Put it in packing boxes and forward it to him?
You make it sound like this 'just happened' to your brother through no fault of his own, when in reality it was 100% his own fault.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

BoP will now interrupt for the hard of reading.
OPs Bruvver bought house on Mortgage, then failed to inform them he could not pay.
He was evicted.
Lately, some ruffian type Bailiffs have cleared the place out, so Bank can get their money back.
Some have suggested that OP get a new Bruvver.0 -
