:rotfl: My bank balance won't let me do it too often, not that it used to stop me, mind.
This is going to sound awful - great minds think alike - although thats pre-lightbulb moment, - I do try the window shopping without trying on approach!! but we all have our slips, just recognising them and addressing them, which you've done brilliantly on. xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Thinking about it I've never had a £35 bottle of wine. I think I once had a £10 bottle. I think I will go away now .0

Oh I know. I saw the wine cost too !
To be honest I found it hard to walk out with just the one bottle but I did, we'll call it my advent treat. This is going to sound awful - great minds think alike - although thats pre-lightbulb moment, - I do try the window shopping without trying on approach!! but we all have our slips, just recognising them and addressing them, which you've done brilliantly on. xx
:rotfl: I am somewhat coming to terms with the fact my wife and I are not "well off". Due to often having to meet customers, I all too often find myself walking by all kinds of shops and getting awfully tempted to buy things I don't need or in some cases don't even want.
Thank you, I am recognising the slips. However, should you wish to buy me a Christmas present; I especially would like a '60's Omega Speedmaster.2018 totals:

If you like wine try "the French wine people", it is a local company to me and stock both nice everyday wines and some really nice gifts also.2018 totals:

And that does what exactly........ oh yes, tells the time - so does my £50 Swatch which I love. What does the Speedmaster do that's different - make it go faster
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

I bet you have had at parties and the like, just not bought by yourself.
I always used to give everyone else 3 for £10 at our parties and keep the nice stuff for Mr PG and I !!!
Alex give M&S a try, Mr PG sometimes buys me a bottle as a treat instead of the offer stuff. It wont be as good as the £35 bottle but hopefully nicer than the Supermarket offers. The one I like has cherubs on the front in a dark green bottle but I cant remember the name. Next time he decides to "spoil" me I will let you know what its called xx:DLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

If one has got to the age of over 25 and cannot tell the difference between a cheap watch and a quality timepiece, I shall not be the one to explain.
Besides, I'm a bit of a collector.PinotGrigio41 wrote: »I always used to give everyone else 3 for £10 at our parties and keep the nice stuff for Mr PG and I !!!

:rotfl: I think I may have been to one of your parties, had some rather awful wine at other peoples' houses before!
It's been years since I went to an M&S, though am willing to try it, thank you.2018 totals:

I think you may have Alex !! Besides after the third glass you barely notice the difference, although the headache the next day is most definitely a reminder of how awful it truly was !
Give M&S a try you may be pleasantly surprised !LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !
