I've been thinking about changing supplier for a while now as every time I need to contact them or make changes to my account it always ends up in an expensive phonecall from my mobile even even though I'm an 'Online Customer'.

I just get the impression that their website and technical support that goes with it is a bit 'small time' for such a profitable company :-/

I've just tried to log on after reading this thread, got on no problem, I wonder if you guys have booked marked the log in page, I have found in the past it doesn't always work, best to search for scottish power, click on the link for the page and then into the log-in screen, oh and the pages have changed since last time I logged in, much clearer and neater now.

Oh and Donedeal, I've just logged on via my mobile phone too.
