Anyone else having trouble logging in to their Scottish Power account? I've spent the last half hour trying with both Firefox and Chrome.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I had an email when my last readings were due and so i duly entered them online.I had an email back acknowledging them.
3 days later had another email saying, you have not entered your readings, please do so immediately to avoid an estimate!
Rang up and had to wait about 20 minutes to get through, just as well i get free phone calls with my landline.
The chap was quite apologetic and took them over the phone. But it does seem as if things are slipping a bit with this company.Have been with them for years due to their excellent customer service.Price wise there isn't a lot to choose between all the major companies.0 -
I have two months to go with my fixed rate (November 2013) tariff. After that, I'll be off.Are you for real? - Glass Half Empty??

Yes i have that one. Can't decide if there is anything better out there though.
Opinions anyone,on good customer service, which to me is nearly as important as price?0 -
I personally have been with E.on and I have stayed with them despite it being slightly higher in price purely down to how helpful the customer service have been when I have had a need to contact them. I know some people may not agree with me, but for me they have been excellent. I am currently trying to sort out an issue with scottish power for my mother and well being shoved on hold for 16 minutes before having the phone put down on her. Then the second time the agent was more interested in getting me off the phone line than actually helping me... I am not happy with them at all!0

Hey guys, I'm also experiencing problems with the Scottish Power website. I wasted over an hour attempting to login this morning but it just continually timed out. I even installed the ipad app but that didn't work either. Frustratingly it's practically impossible to find an email address buried within their web pages and the customer contact centre is not open on a Sunday...
I've been thinking about changing supplier for a while now as every time I need to contact them or make changes to my account it always ends up in an expensive phonecall from my mobile even even though I'm an 'Online Customer'.
I just get the impression that their website and technical support that goes with it is a bit 'small time' for such a profitable company :-/0 -
It seems like whenever I have a reading to enter the SP website doesn't work.Fruit_and_Nut_Case wrote: »I have two months to go with my fixed rate (November 2013) tariff. After that, I'll be off.0
