Cd Wow rant

I have just cancelled two orders with CD WOW in as many weeks. I, too, had a pre-order with them which still hadn't arrived 10 days after the release date and another in stock item which was still pending despatch after 5 days. In both cases, I received a standard apology email. I am not at all impressed and will stick to Amazon in future.

I have recieved my cd today so it odviously isnt the shipping that is the problem as it is only 2 days since it was dispatched. I just dont understand why it took them 2 weeks to dispatch it. If you pre order it doesnt that mean that it gets sent out as soon as it is released (well thats what it means on amazon & play) because i could have just brought it last week after pre ordering and probably recieved it at the same time. I will use cdwow again as they have some dvds that you cant get through play & amazon but i definatly wont use them for a pre order and i wouldnt advise anyone else to either.
