Absolutely love the cheers for the Easter Independence Day. Thank you all so much. If I said it to anyone in real life they would roll their eyes and say it can't be done. But not you lot - even though I've openly said this is my aim and I don't have the 4K a month to do it - you still all route for it and believe that somehow it could happen.
As I do :) if I can figure out how to save enough and get some extra income.
    onwards .....
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

I think it's brilliant :j and it's great to think big. Otherwise, rooting around on here you can get sucked in to things that net you about a pound an hour - I know I did at one stage. By thinking big, you have to take a step back and look at big gains - it really pays off. Cheering for you all the way

Whoops. Made a quiche and oven was too hot. It is now burnt offerings. Not sure if will be edible or not. Have left to cool.
Hardly in line with my new plans :rotfl:
Have started to tidy spare room and found a few items for bay of e.
And I fear Mr and Mrs Laurel Hedges have stolen back Kitty. She popped out this morning at 8.30 and hasn't been seen since. As she has pretty much lived here all October and rarely goes out I am missing her - but - she is actually their cat so I hope that is where she is.

Great day yesterday. Went off to stunt place, threw self off a wooden horse 9 times, hung off the side on a Cossack saddle on a real horse in trot, dismounted in walk, swung around the saddle a few times and learnt to sit to a rear. Horse reared maybe 4 or 5 times on command. Was all good. Came away with a plan to get over issues in a field and plan to go back to learn how to mount from the ground without using my left arm - like learn to mount on other side Watty maybe??? All good :) Actually really enjoyed the day

All sounds like "fun" well not really sounds scary to me :D:D

Love the Easter Independence Day, it may seem a mountain at the moment but it truly is amazing what you can do if you really set your mind on it................anyway if you reach for the stars you might not get there but at least you get to the clouds, or something like that :j:j:j:j

    Exactly :)
Todays efforts towards target have seen me return two items I bought online for a refund. I liked them and they could have come out of the clothing budget - but - better to save the cash.
I also bought something else online which was sitting in the packaging under my desk so I will return that to a shop tomorrow - or - post back tomorrow.

Good progress today. Returned shoes to shop for refund (£34.98) and returned swimsuit bought at airport but turned out to be wrong size. Was going to sell on bay of e but asked if shop would take back and they did :j £26.66 refunded. As was in town, had taken all the euro notes I had rounded up yesterday and that made £140.63. Total of £202.27 returned to accounts :j
On a smaller scale last nights tea was mince cobbler inspired by SueP as she mentioned it in her diary - but - added a tin of chick peas from cupboard stash so will get another meal out of the mince.

    You can't beat a 3 inch heel :)
Hope cobbler was good, we had again this evening. Very yummy, the chick peas were a great addition and made the meal cheaper. Freezer gammon joint defrosting for tomorrow - still on project use up :)
On a bit of a roll, have listed two books on facebk as might sell there and an item on bay of e. Have found camera and will look out a few more items tomorrow. Very pleased with todays efforts.
