Was it good news about the valuation?

Ha ha I know that kind of research. Tickle most handsome gelding under the forelock for me.

Darn just lost long post. Ah well was probably too much of a ramble.

Yes Alchemilla valuation was fine but Mr Watty not keen on log cabins or pre-fab styles which we would need to get within budget - until - drumroll - he saw the link to HebHomes that Ed had in his diary and Mr Watty thought if he could have something like that he was prepared to entertain idea :j

Much more research needed - though - as Al has guessed the research I was doing was off the four legged long tail pony kind :rotfl: MRI Weds should now more when we get Most Handsome's results.

Spent yesterday at a one day event with pal. Goodness I am unfit. Struggled to walk round hilly course!
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Why do they always put "has hunted in Ireland"?
To me that translates as 'has been ranted up tarmac roads and has leg damage".

Rode for the first time this year as lovely neighbour suggested I hack her horse and she rode her elderly. That plus 3 days into new fitness regime and I ache!
Thank goodness fitness programme has today as a day "off".
