Rebuild credit rating

hi guys , im trying to rebuild my credit rating as my score is very low at the moment
and i hear having a mobile phone contract can help,

who is the best supplier to go to for a guy with a low credit rating?

I think 3 are one of the easiest. I had defaults on my credit file and was offered contracts with Orange(although told they are normally hard to get) and three and turned down from vodaphone(although told they were quite easy) so I suppose it is the luck of the draw. My bro is a sod and has 3-5 defaults outstanding on his credit file and he has one on O2 so they may be worth having a go to.
Also make sure you are on the electoral role as this will help to "up" you rating slightly
