I fear I have made a very expensive mistake....

On behalf of a local charity, I have just purchased this version of Office 2013 Professional from Tekgia:
http://www.tekgia.com/product_info.php/products_id/3683
To verify the purchase, I had to supply registered charity details, etc etc. Within 24 hours of buying, I received an email from Tekgia, advising me that I had to wait for an email from Microsoft:
"Microsoft will also update their secure website so that you have your own private section. Included in this private section will be your license information, your download link and a link for your product keys.
Now, because of that and the various checks, this can take twelve days or so (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
So therefore, today, we will download the software for you, burn it onto a disc, and mail it out to you by first class mail. However, as today is Sunday, we won't be able to mail it out until tomorrow, so you will probably get the disc on Tuesday."
I did receive a disc - a home burn with the title scribbled on the front in pen - but so far no download link from Microsoft. I have emailed Tekgia, but no response, and nobody answers the phone. A quick search of the net (which I should have done before) reveals terrible reviews of Tekgia.
Any idea what to do next? I appear to have spent £166.82 (inc VAT) of a charity's money on an illegal copy that I will never be able to register, and don't even dare insert in the computer in case it is corrupted or infected. I paid with credit card, if that helps at all?
Any advice very much appreciated! I feel so stupid.....

Luckily for you the credit card company/bank is jointly liable. So give them a call to begin a Section 75 claim.0

Hello - you may want to consider this bona fide microsoft charity partner - lots cheaper:

Good luck0 -
Office 2013 is not available in CD-ROM/DVD format

Also you might think about reporting them to Microsoft.

As it's for a Charity you never know if you play your cards right MS might think it's good PR to give you free licences (MS UK probably have a tax rebate on this sort of stuff ) ^_~ lolLaters

As JJWW says, get it from ctxchange (Office 2013 Professional Plus, £20+VAT).
You have to register with them and go through a whole lot of hoops, but once your charity has done this, you get (most) MS software for peanuts.0 -

Microsoft used to run a promotion where if you reported someone selling pirate versions of their software and they validated it you got a genuine copy for free, definitely worth looking into.
Don't distance selling rules apply here too so you can get a refund?0 -
