How do I claim my Voucher from MSE

Hello, I purchased a TalkTalk deal on 20 August. Part of the deal was that if I followed the link I would receive a £50 shopping voucher exclusive to MSE.
I'm unsure of how I reclaim this voucher or who I should get in touch with to claim the voucher.
(the deal I had was effectively TalkTalk for £5 pm).
