Please can someone advise..my OAP mother was "sold" Sky Broadband. Since it has been installed it is only at a speed of 0.3 mbps and was told it would be at least 12mbps. We have made numerous phone calls to Sky and they have said try this and that, but to no avail. Each time she has spoken to someone they have said that if it doesn't work they will send round an Engineer, but they haven't done this yet. The BB is so slow that she is unable to use the internet properly and also use catch up tv. She would like to go back to BT but has a 12 month contract from August. I feel that SKY are not fulfilling their contract, so is there a way out without her incurring costs, ie having to buy out the contract. HELP!

I doubt that Sky would say she would get 'at least' their normal Spiel is 'up to'
