CPW Retention Deals

I have a phone purchased from CPW on a 12 month Virgin contract which will shortly expire. Had a text from CPW this morning saying: "You are now due for a fantastic handset upgrade. Call now to check eligibility." Now I'm fairly sceptical, are they likely to offer me a good deal, or would I be wasting my time giving them a call?
Thanks
Stompa

They're normally good deals but not as good as moving to another contract with cashback. On my second year with CW I did just end up taking the upgrade handset and sticking with my contract, only because I couldn't be bothered to change. I also didn't haggle regards the handset offered but I'm sure you can push them a little further.
Still better than nothing, you can always sell the new handset to subsidise your next 12 month of bills.

Many thanks, that's just the sort of info I was after. Sounds like it may also be worth talking with Virgin to see if they might offer me a good deal.
