Put in a ticket about the My Supermarket offer failing to credit. Provided all the emails as proof and can't quite believe this is their response.

Wizz did you pick at lest 10 items then send it to the shop of you choice I sent mine to Tesco signed in to my Tesco account then left it in my Tesco shopping trolly the points where awarded
