A couple of weeks ago, as I'd never redeemed any SB before, I "snagged" a £5 Amazon voucher in the hope that I would get a verification PIN through before the Amazon sale. Unfortunately, the PIN did not arrive in time for the sale, and when I tried to snag a £100 voucher, I was unable to proceed as it wanted the verification PIN...

I put in a ticket about it immediately (4 days ago now), got an acknowledgement e-mail with a reference number, but have heard nothing from Swagbucks since. Now, my PIN has arrived and I've successfully entered it - but my original order for the £5 card has disappeared, and, of course, there is no pending request for the £100 card...

Can anyone advise me on how I should proceed with this? Should I just wait for SB to contact me? And is there a way to view tickets that you've previously opened - I can't find anything!

    Personally, I wouldn't wait.

Contact form asks 'Have you submitted a previous ticket regarding this issue?'

Ah, OK, thanks for pointing that out. Looking again at the e-mail, it says "please allow up to 3-5 business days", so I may be only on "day 2"... I'll give it another couple of days and then follow your suggestion.

    UPDATE
I've now had an e-mail from Swagbucks:
    Thank you for writing in.

Your account has been successfully Mail Pin verified.

Please redeem your Swag Bucks towards the requested sale gift cards. Please write in afterwards, and we will compensate you the price difference.

So, I've snagged the card at full price and e-mailed them back to ask for the 2200 points difference to be credited to my account.

Got a BrainJuicer DS that asked:
Which, if any, of the following have you consumed in the last 3 months?

In the list of food and drink there was:
    Pet food

I got disqualified so I guess I needed to of been eating cans of dog food.

  • Hi, great thread!

Can anyone tell me how long they take to make paypal payments?
    Pay-outs since 28/11/2013:

    OpinionOutpostUK - £245 MySurvey - £68 Swagbucks - £255 Clixsense - $935 Crowdology - £40 PineCone - £48 Panelbase - £30 IPSOS - £30 ValuedOpinions - £30 GTM - £60
  • Still not letting me do anymore Peanut Labs Surveys. Same message about reaching the limit.
Maybe one is the limit on Swagbucks or maybe if allot of people are trying them they limit it.
Think I will go back to just doing them where I was doing them before as I could do a few there rather than having a limit.
Just will do any extra at the end of the day with Swagbucks if there are other new ones rather than at the beginning of the day when I can maybe only get one and nothing else for the rest of the day.

You may be right. In a video game series I like called Tex Murphy the main character often ate cans of "Eat the Rich" Dog Food to save on money. :rotfl:

On the Rewards Store for PayPal it says:
Please allow 7-21 business days for payment to be transferred.

Awhile back I ordered £5 PayPal on the 15th of November and £5 PayPal on the 19th. The 15th one came in on the 21st of Novemeber and the 19th came in on the 26th.

I had that one once as I did 3 or 4 PL surveys in one day then a few hours later the message was gone. So maybe tomorrow now it'll allow you. :)

I just checked my Peanut Labs Survey history through Clixsense and have only ever qualified for a couple maximum in a day at Clixsense so maybe it would happen there also if I kept qualifying.
Good to do it Swagbucks really as it helps to reach the Daily Goal plus no conversion since by the time we redeem in Swagbucks it is GBP.

Just had the message disappear now and a couple available just as I finished this message....
