It's just one site .com and the Rewards Store has both rewards in $ or GBP (doesn't use £ symbol) separately. On the Rewards Store page try using the search box top right for "Find an item or category" and type in "gbp" or if you want to be more specific then "amazon gbp" or "paypal gbp" etc. It should show you all the Gift Cards available in £s.

If you still can't see them then if click on your name (top right of site) and go to My Settings on the dropdown menu that appears (you'll have to input your password to verify), does it say that your Country is set to United Kingdom?

Hi, thanks, I've searched for PayPal gbp, nothing. I've clicked on my settings and it really only has my name and username/password. Clicked on shipping info and it has USA, won't give me an option to change it?? Losing the will to live with it before I've even started. Probably spent at least 5 hours on total just trying to set it up and get some sb - only 39 so far:( as a lot of the time has been spent in and out and getting nowhere!

That's odd that your country is set to the US. Mine says UK.

On the Swagbucks blog it says this:
The following can be changed in your account at anytime: Full Name, Email, and Password
Your shipping information can be updated except for your country. If you need to change this, please email customer support.

So your best bet might be to contact Swagbucks via this link:

Explain the problem you're having and they should be able to help fix your account. Best of luck.

One Peanut Lab survey and get message 'You have exceeded your limit check back later' so can't do anymore.
Maybe it will let me do more later on.

  • A couple of weeks ago, as I'd never redeemed any SB before, I "snagged" a £5 Amazon voucher in the hope that I would get a verification PIN through before the Amazon sale. Unfortunately, the PIN did not arrive in time for the sale, and when I tried to snag a £100 voucher, I was unable to proceed as it wanted the verification PIN...

I put in a ticket about it immediately (4 days ago now), got an acknowledgement e-mail with a reference number, but have heard nothing from Swagbucks since. Now, my PIN has arrived and I've successfully entered it - but my original order for the £5 card has disappeared, and, of course, there is no pending request for the £100 card...

Can anyone advise me on how I should proceed with this? Should I just wait for SB to contact me? And is there a way to view tickets that you've previously opened - I can't find anything!
