What test?! You should be able to just sign up and start earning. When I first started and for first few months I was only making £5 a month, but I think I'm now making £25-£30 a month. Thanks to this thread that has taught me how to maximise my earnings!

They are bringing in additional targets, yes, if you hit the first daily target.

As before, you only need to hit the first target (in your case 30) to get your daily goal, which counts towards the monthly bonus.
This is different for everybody, and appears to be between 30 and 110 today. However, if everyone hits their daily target every day you still all get the same bonus 300SB at the end of the month.

The second target is like an optional extra and only appears as/when you hit the first daily goal. If you manage to hit the second target too, it simply guarantees you an extra few SB bonus at the end of the month.

They are not treating everyone the same, though. For instance some people over the weekend had targets of 30 and 100 (total 130) while others had totals approaching 440, or 480.

But with the new personal target's the 300 bonus can be given to someone who has accumulated just 900sb and others having to get 3000 to get the same total i'm not sure thats fair.

I think Swagbucks are trying to justify it by saying that the people with higher targets get higher daily bonuses and that's why its fair.
