One last UU of the weekend: Dead Sea Source ginger body souffl! 50ml. This was part of a set bought by a friend for me what has to be three years ago, as the line seems to have been discontinued in around 2011!!

Oh I had this :o definately bought it when it was reduced, I remember gifting it out.
Posted this on another thread, background is used 2 x vouchers in T's last week, it caused a huge amount of hassle with SA and 4 other members of staff ranting at me that they don't accept photocopies. I had 2 vouchers for stuff I had in my shopping.
Yesterday was in the shop with my mother and when she at the till heard 2 SA discussing me (I was at another till) and my vouchers  They were saying that I was on Friday using vouchers.
I've not been in since Friday and I did wear a different jacket.
I don't want to draw attention to myself but I am concerned, after all I'm not doing anything wrong but it is making me uncomfortable about visiting the store again.
    :(
Makes me wonder if they've all studied the CCTV as I'm not a frequent shopper there as TBH the store doesn't have a great range. The SAs in this store really annoy me, it's like it's coming out of their pockets.
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

  • I am jealous of your Lush stash... I was watching a few vids on Youtube of people showing their stashes and I was jealous! Like I have said before, I only ever buy in the sale period though so I guess I have my obsession a 'little' bit under control! Although I spend alot in the sale, I feel im getting double my moneys worth!

Talking of Lush I used my Candy Mountain Bubble Bar yesterday. No other UU to report yet :) And no INs, I have deffo calmed down alot since getting the mortgage, I think as moving house, opened my eyes to how much I really had

Ooh, I've never used Candy Mountain - is it one of the Christmas things? And yes, buying in the sale is a very sensible way to do it - a lot of mine has been amassed by judicious application of my best friend's staff discount, though! :P

Oxfordowl - your stash looks very pretty. Mine would cover several beds to my shame.

Assett - how awful - Tesco staff are a pain when it comes to vouchers I've lost count of the times I have used a few at once (3 or 4 say) for different things and they have forgotten to scan one and it is a faff to get it sorted out. I think you should complain to customer services that they have been talking about you, or email the main CS office.

Lovely collection theoxfordowl. I am quite partial to Lush myself.

    INS
5 in glossy box, and I have now cancelled it. Feel quite proud of myself.

    UU's
Lush buffy body butter WNBA lovely idea but I hate anything that covers my bath in oil (get fed up of cleaning it, but on a postitive note I do get rid of shampoos and shower gels I don't like), lasted forever (not a bad thing). I much prefer a scrub followed by a body lotion/butter. What is the point is covering yourself in oil and them towel drying yourself and removing the product.
Lush smitten hand cream WNBA love the scent but not effective enough as a hand cream so I used it as a body lotion.
Lush iced wine shower jelly WNBA, great value for money as you only need a tiny amount and they last ages. Did not like the scent so I would buy more but in different scents (have 3 different ones that I prefer)
Vichy deep corrector sachet WNBA I hate sachets and am determined to use them all up.
Ethernal seas soap sample WNBA lovely creamy soap not my favourite scent (still have a full sized one) and it has been discontinued. I am currently targeting soap samples.
sultry soap sample WNBA as above but have no more of this one.

I'm on a roll probably because I am targeting sample sizes especially sachets which could really be cheating as they are quick UU's.
I have realised that I get through things alot quicker than most partially to having a bath a day and the need coat myself in things to keep my skin soft.

The naughty step for a week for me I may have ordered rather alot of thing from a little company I like. They probably will arrive next week. I know I say I will not buy anymore and I know I really dont need anything but the word SALE seems always to win me over.

Is the clear plastic pot between the so whites on the right your sample of herbalism or more I was hoping it was jungle jelly?
  • Hello everyone!

Back from my hols with a bump, awful first day back at work and grotty weather :(

You can count me in again for this month, still lots to get through, and the way I'm feeling at the moment I need to resist temptation from comfort shopping! sam4000 - thanks for starting us off!

A UU from today while I remember:

    1. Boots No7 Time Resisting Day Cream 15ml - WNBA, a bit too heavy for a day cream IMO.

Right, I'm off to catch up and then I'll update for my UUs from hols. Can't believe there are so many pages already, it might take me a while...! Hope everyone's doing well :)

Annoyingly have two INs as was running late and hadn't grabbed my little makeup bag, so bought concealer and brow pencil to get me through the day, will post them up when I get in. Also discovered three items I had forgotten about-the recent ren pack with red mag!!

Long day, lots of work to get through so stayed until just before 8. I don't need a crystal ball to predict plenty more 11 and 12 hour days in my longer term future, ahh the life of a lawyer! Planning a wonderful evening of a bath, cup of tea, and collapsing into bed. Hope everyone else has had a lovely Tuesday.

Mine were all presents, but you can get them here or on ebay if you search owl lip balms. They're a little sticky, but amazing flavours!
