I doubt a DCA owns a template that begins with 'while you do not acknowledge the debt'
True but how on earth can they say "despite acknowledging liabilty of the debt"
So they are saying they have written or verbal confirmation that I've admitted to the debt!
It's disgusting that they can treat people like this then threaten them with solicitors etc!!!0 -

They are saying what they want to believe.
Unless they have a letter admitting the debt from you then they cannot prove it.
If I write to you and say you owe me one million quid it doesn't make it true or allow me to take you to court with no evidence.:beer:0 -

So tbh shall i wait till Monday or till Wednesday as it seems to take them 3 days to write their letter and for me to receive it!!
The next letter is from the link I was sent.
I just don't want things to get out of control!!0 -
Send an email, write, ignore them, it is up to you. Do whatever makes you feel best. In the end this is nothing to do with you based on the evidence so far, so even idle threats of court would end with them looking like the idiots if they tried.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
