There is nothing to say they mean Western as in occidental, although they may as it is headed From East to West.
As the question is about films I feel they would mean it as in film genre. So perhaps Blind Fury is not the correct answer and this answer should be Blindman, a 1971 spaghetti western starring Tony Anthony and Ringo Starr and which was based on the Zatoichi formula. (Mentioned in the wiki article HERE under the heading In other works).
