Lol! Go Aesop!!! I've been known to push my kids out of the way! :D. All's fair in love and roadkill!

Although hubby and I are now very much into 'trolley lolly' - finding receipts from Asda that other people have left behind and checking online for vouchers - we made a few quid at the weekend that way!

I do this when I can. At most supermarkets so a few wombled points and apgs but am careful not to do too often.

    Hi All,

Declaring at £464.43 so just a little over target. :j

Really pleased as I've been very short this month and had to really look at everything.

Two items made up a good portion of my total which were £206.75 fuel expenses and a massive £125.96 saving on my £250 grocery budget. We lived out of the freezer and store cupboards for most of the month. Aim to do the same in October as well as I need to find £600 to pay my Mum back (she needs this for her spending money for a cruise on the 30th Oct).

Made £48.30 at a car boot yesterday. Last one they do locally this year. The rest of the money came from selling books, taking packed lunches to work instead of using the works restaurant, a couple of freebies and my first eBay sale - nasty lady hasn't left feedback yet and I sent the item out the next day. This was two weeks ago and as a new seller I really need the feedback

Well done everyone and look forward to seeing you all in Oct.

That money talks I don't deny, I heard it once, it said "Goodbye"
